Board of Education Budget Meeting, Board of Education Building (front of middle school)
Monday, June 9, 2008, 5:30 p.m.
The Board of Education is currently scheduled to present their budget to the County Commissioners at the Turner Building.
Also, plan to attend the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2008, 5:00 p.m.
It is so very important that we continue to remind the Board of Education members that we want Mrs. Hackett as principal of NMS. Our group will not “just go away”! Our presence at these meetings will demonstrate our strong (even though silent) commitment to our cause! See you tomorrow night!

I thought I would let everyone know that the director of schools did not show up at the budget meeting with the county commissioners. The meeting had to be rescheduled for Thursday June 12 at 5:30. The county mayor had to tell the crowd that he would not be there. Is this the type of leader we want to lead our children?
