Can you please give an update from Sunday's meeting. We had a prior commitment that we had to attend but would like to find out what happened & what was discussed.
Thanks, Jackie

We need to be more aggressive and start pressuring the board members. They were elected to serve the community not Mr. Lewis. They are not representing us and we need to let them know we do not appericate it. They need to show us with their actions that they are hearing us. They can stop the placement of Mrs. Woodard they have to approve it during their meeting. If they want to stay in office they need to show us who they are serving.

Jackie,
We basically talked about how we are going to keep fighting! There is a budget meeting a the board Tuesday at 6:00 and we encouraged everyone to come out with shirts and signs so he will know we are not going to go away. The board meeting is June 17 at 5:00 at the smith county board of education and that is the important one we need to be at. We are going to have another meeting next Sunday at 3:00 and then we are going to meet every other Sunday. We are also going to have a booth at the Arts festival this Saturday at Ivy Agee Park in Gordonsville. Call Kellie at 683-6524 or 419-2361 and she will be able to give you more info. Keep Fighting!

"How to contact elected officials" makes it easy to send them a message. Everyone of us should get busy and get that done. They need to hear from us. Everyone on this planet needs to hear from us.

I had trouble with the website for Frank Buck. I probably did something wrong. I'll try again.

Are the email addresses and/or phone numbers and mailing addresses of present and potential school board members on here somewhere? If so, please tell me where, if not, I think it'd be great to publish them.
