SMITH COUNTY FAIR

The cost of a booth at the fair, if we plan on selling T-shirts or anything else, is $175. The cost of a booth without selling anything is $125. I plan on talking with the finance committee to vote on this. I hope to have an update soon. We will need volunteers to work the booth in 2 hour shifts. If several people sign up to work it would be much easier for everyone. We will have to provide our own tent and chairs. These tents will be located in front of the AG Center, just at the entrance to the fair. The space is on a "first come, first serve basis". We will probably have access to electricity. Anyone having a tent or canopy for our use would be greatly appreciated. We also need to publish a new petition for CONCERNED CITIZENS OF SMITH COUNTY EDUCATION. This endeavor has become a county-wide concern and we need to involve all of Smith County.
