I was on vacation and was not able to attend but from what I heard there were between 50-60 in attendance. One person spoke mainly about her horrible experience with her grandson's education. We are going to have a booth at the Smith County fair. We will be selling t-shirts and have more petitions to sign. Our next meeting will be July 13 at 3:00 at the Ag center. We will discuss the plans for the fair, the board meeting July 15, and hopefully we will have an update on Mrs. Hackett's lawsuit. We would love for you to attend our meetings or stop by and speak to us at the fair. We need your voice also! Hope to hear from you soon!

will do my best to be there -- am very interested in the progress with the lawsuit(s) - that is the best signal to send to the school board and the voters in Smith County - when the gross mismanagement of the system is uncovered it will cost the taxpayers dearly.
